Ken started his professional career in surf and rock n’ roll

music in High School and continued in this genre through

Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, fell in love with the area and

stayed, being in both music and raising pure blood Polled

Hereford cattle on the River ranch.  Long drives, long

hours in Music and low cattle prices prompted a change

in profession 29 years ago and already being involved,

Real Estate was chosen.  Tho’ not being the flashiest guy

on the block, expertise in IRC 1031 exchanges and investment

properties, and carefully researching for the right home has                                                  allowed him to put 3 children through College

(with no student loans!) his proudest accomplishment. Only

one left to go!!

Clients have purchased numerous properties over the years

and greatly expanded their net worth through his hard work

and research.  Being a Broker allows greater flexibility in

negotiations and he takes pride in earning his way by

closing escrows in a businesslike manner, with thorough

attention to all aspects of the transaction.  He also believes

in Real Estate as a personal investment but his Clients still

seem to get the best deals according to his wife Susie. So

be it; I sleep very well at night! I know the territory well

and like working closely with Clients for their benefit.
